In 2007, I started my journey in understanding and putting Agile and Scrum in practice. With a career in Project and Program Management, this was nothing less then a shock to me. Still, I also discovered that in many projects, agile concepts were already there all the time. Now I support and coach companies and organisations on this same journey to Agility.
